DISPLAY & PACKAGING
All Shoal products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging.
We permit online reselling provided that:
a) Online pricing is not less than the selling price for the same item at shopshoal.com;
b) Shoal is credited in each product listing;
c) If our original product photos are used, written permission must be obtained prior to use.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Defective items may be exchanged for product or credit. Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within five days of receipt, with photos of the issue. Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling, and any other charges incurred. We do not accept returns on unsold seasonal merchandise.
