Overpriced, Bad Quality

Emailed but no reply. We went to La Jolla Cave Shop and I paid $20 for this pin because my daughter really wanted this but the pin did not even stay on her fanny pack because of the cheap plastic material in the back. When my daughter picked it out, there was no price tag on it. When we got to the cashier, she wrote $20. For this price, you would think it would better quality
